Contact Us!

Thinking that Falcons might be a good fit for your family? Or interested in interning? Welcome! We would love to have you!

Our student registration process is as follows:

  1. Step One:  Contact us using the form below. We will get in touch!

  2. Step Two:  Visit a class. If we are not in session at the time of your inquiry we will arrange to meet you and your child outside of classtime.

  3. Step Three: If family and teacher think the program will be a good fit, we will then send you an enrollment packet.

  4. Step Four: Registration is complete when enrollment packet forms have been filled out and the deposit received.

To get started, please contact us using the form below! If you are a parent/guardian, please include which branches of the program you are interested in, your general location/timezone, and the ages of your child(ren), as well as anything else that you would like us to know.

If you are interested in interning, tell us about yourself!

We will then reply to schedule a phone conversation.

We look forward to meeting you!

The Falcons Community welcomes all kinds of people regardless of race, religion, sexual orientation, gender expression, ability, or other ways of being human. We welcome classroom conversation about all ways of being human as well. In our teaching and our collaboration with students, we strive to create a safe space for students to be themselves and to broaden their horizons with one another, and via one another’s diverse experiences.

Waitlist Methods:

If there are no spots available in a class or tutoring at the time your family applies, Falcons maintains a waitlist of families who we contact as soon as spots become available. Just as every student brings their own unique mix of interests, strengths, and learning rhythms, each classroom also develops its own living ecosystem. Therefore, rather than operating our waitlist in a strictly linear way, where students are admitted solely in the order in which they applied, when openings arise, we consider which student will best support and be supported by the current classroom ecosystem. Our goal is to create a learning environment where everyone can thrive, so we weigh factors such as supervision capacity, age balance, gender balance, skill and experience levels, and social dynamics. You can think of this process like choosing ingredients for a shared meal: each addition matters, and the right combination helps create a nourishing and supportive experience for all students. We deeply value every family on our waitlist, and this intentional process helps us uphold the quality, safety, and relational integrity of our learning community.
